In life, normally from a young age, we set ourselves goals and have aspirations. But then life happens and things don’t always work out as planned. When I was younger, I aspired to be a professional footballer (which I am clearly not) but instead fell into a career of recruitment. Having heard my story and read about my trials and tribulations, I decided that I wanted to give back. I set myself a goal of setting up my own business, studied a diploma in Life Coaching and today I can happily say that I turned those goals into actions and here I am today….. I am here to try and help you achieve those goals that you aspire to but for one reason or another have not yet managed to achieve. We will sit down together, find out what your goals are and what/ who you perceive to have stood in your way of achieving them. We will identify mental blocks, fears (taking the first step is always the hardest) and we will set some S.M.A.R.T goals together to help you reach that goal as quickly or as slowly as you are comfortable with. My programs are tailored to the individual and we can work as quickly or as slowly as you are comfortable with, the important thing is that we work together, this is a partnership.

Initial Consultation – The Discovery Session
The first session, once the commitment has been made to move into a coaching relationship, is often called the “discovery session”. The client will be sent some material to go over and send back a few days prior to the session. This session is the kick-start of the relationship. Some of the big points such as some background, expectations, goals of the coaching etc. are covered to get the coach and client on the same page and to serve as the foundation for the coaching relationship moving forward powerfully and efficiently.
Ongoing Coaching Sessions
Between regular sessions, you will be given ‘assignments’ (co-created between the coach and client) to work on. These assignments are a way to integrate new learning, growth, practice new skills and to successfully move towards your defined goals. We can either arrange coaching sessions on an individual basis or you can block book sessions, however you feel most comfortable about achieving your goals.
